Terms of Service
These terms apply to ProfilePro, operated by CK Enterprises, Australia. Contact blueeyecam@gmail.com for service questions, cancellation requests or purchase problems. Please read our Privacy Notice before providing personal information.
The service
ProfilePro creates AI-generated portraits and lifestyle images from reference photographs and selected scenes. Results can vary and may contain visual errors. Review images before using them. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, employment outcome, dating outcome or other personal result.
Image generation depends on provider availability. A website plan listing is not confirmation that a purchase or generation request has been accepted. Do not send payment by email; use only an available official checkout.
Who can use ProfilePro
You must be at least 18 years old to use the studio. Keep your account credentials secure and supply accurate information. Only upload images you own or have permission to use, with the informed permission of anyone depicted.
Acceptable use
Do not use ProfilePro for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation of children or infringement of another person's rights. Do not present generated images as identity documents or evidence of events that did not occur. Do not bypass usage limits or interfere with the service. We may restrict misuse, with any applicable consumer rights preserved.
Your images
You retain your existing rights in material you upload. You permit us and the providers needed to fulfil your request to process that material for the service, as described in the Privacy Notice. Uploading a photo does not itself give us permission to use your likeness in advertising.
You are responsible for checking that your intended use of an output respects other people's rights and the rules of the platform where you publish it. We do not promise exclusive ownership or copyright protection for AI-generated output. Download and keep your own copies; do not rely on the studio as a permanent archive.
Plans and payment
The current advertised allowances are two free trial images, a one-off pack of nine images, Starter with up to 45 images per month, and Pro with up to 90 images per month (ten packs of nine). Available features, final price, currency, taxes and any recurring billing terms must be shown at checkout before you pay. Contact us before paying if checkout and the website disagree.
A one-off pack is not a subscription. A subscription renews only on the recurring terms disclosed and accepted at checkout. We will not treat a waitlist email as a purchase or payment authorisation.
Cancellations, failures and refunds
To request subscription cancellation, use any cancellation option provided in your account or email blueeyecam@gmail.com with your account email and request. Contact us before the next renewal where possible. Tell us promptly if a request fails, credits appear incorrect, or a charge is unexpected so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a remedy such as rectification, refund, cancellation or compensation. A description of the product as AI-generated does not remove those rights.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, faults or external provider issues may interrupt the service. We may update features and these terms, but will not use an update to remove rights already attached to a purchase. Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated as appropriate.

Please contact CK Enterprises at blueeyecam@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are intended to operate consistently with Australian law and do not remove mandatory protections available in your location or prevent you from contacting a relevant regulator or tribunal.
