Privacy Notice

Effective 12 September 2026 · CK Enterprises, Australia

ProfilePro is operated by CK Enterprises, Australia ("we", "us"). This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us or use our photo studio. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email blueeyecam@gmail.com.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, information may include your email and account details; reference photos, image selections and generated results; purchase, subscription and credit records; messages you send us; and technical information such as IP address, browser details and request or error logs.

Why we use it

We use information to provide the requested service, manage accounts and purchases, create requested images, answer enquiries, prevent misuse and investigate faults. We also retain information where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Please provide only information needed for your request.

Your photographs and AI processing

Generating a photo requires sending your reference images and instructions to the image-generation provider used for that request. Do not upload another person's photos without their permission, or sensitive images you do not want processed by an external provider.

Our image-provider arrangements are currently under review. Before resuming image generation, we will update this notice with the selected provider and applicable retention and data-use arrangements. This notice does not promise that an external AI provider has zero retention or never uses data for model improvement.

Service providers and overseas processing

Website hosting, email, account, payment and image-processing services can involve external providers. Information is shared as needed to supply the feature you request, handle support or comply with law. Email sent to our Gmail address is processed by Google. Our website also requests Google Fonts, which can disclose your IP address and browser request information to Google.

Providers may process information outside Australia. The country and handling arrangements depend on the provider and service. Contact us before uploading photos if you need details about the processing location; provider and country details will be updated before image generation resumes.

Waitlist and email

The waitlist link opens an email addressed to us. It does not register you automatically: you must send the message. We use your email to respond and provide the early-access updates you requested. You can leave the waitlist by emailing us with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Please do not attach reference photographs to waitlist messages.

Cookies and local device data

The studio may use cookies or browser storage to maintain sign-in and application state. You can control cookies and site data in your browser; disabling them may prevent account features from working. Downloaded images remain on your own device until you remove them.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described here, including delivering the service, responding to requests, maintaining required transaction records and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations. We do not promise an automatic photo-deletion period that has not been established. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular record.

We use appropriate safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. HTTPS protects information in transit; it does not by itself determine how information is stored or used.

Your choices and complaints

You can ask what personal information we hold, request access or correction, request deletion, or withdraw a request for marketing updates by contacting blueeyecam@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain records required by law. We will explain if we cannot fulfil a request.

If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first so we can investigate and respond. Where applicable, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local privacy authority.

Changes

We will update this page when our services or information-handling arrangements change. The effective date above identifies this version.
